A girl can never have enough purses. It's true. It’s an outfit thing, right? Seriously though, I love making the purses. Finding the perfect broach or matching up a scarf with the perfect fabric and weaving it through my grommet holes – it seems to come to life actually. But the ultimate is giving it a name. One would think I was a little crazy the way I get so caught up in my work.

I call these retro Tie Purses “The Jean Collection”, named after my friend Jean. She blessed me with this great idea and they have become a big hit. These cross-over style bags make great date purses, shopping purses, walkin’ around the art fair purses, you name it.
